Pauline Owen

Pauline is a highly experienced public service professional with an ability to inspire excellence at every turn. As the founder and Managing Director of Concilio Associates, she brings her network of highly experienced public sector colleagues to help support you and your organisation realise the dream of excellence.

Pauline has held senior management positions in both the NHS and Local Government. Whilst deputy Chief Executive for a PCT, she was responsible for the establishment of integrated award winning teams and contributed to the national debate on the establishment of Care Trusts. Pauline is: Associate Director of Integrated Care Research and development, Associate Lecturer at Warwick University and Improvement Advisor with the IDeA. She advises organisations on their approach to partnership working, and coaches Chief Executives and top team members.

Pauline is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
