Lucy Docherty

A proven leader and totally committed team-player, experienced in public sector governance and performance management, public-speaking, motivating volunteers, and mentoring individuals. Lucy's early career experience in commercial retail management, sales and marketing was followed by active involvement in the voluntary and community sector leading to extensive experience at board level in the public and third sectors.

Wide-ranging roles have included public campaigning on local planning and health issues; governance (as both chair and trustee) of church, charity and public bodies; governor of Further Education College; lay representative input to NHS fora.
