To be an effective well respected LINK you'll need to understand not only the NHS but also Local Government and in particular Social Care. What are the key commissioning drivers for these organisations, and how can they be used in support of your agenda?

Working with the Private Sector

This workshop will encourage your understanding of how the private sector works, their expectations and understanding of LINks, identifying the necessary skills you'll need to maintain effective working relationships

Understanding Engagement

This workshop will enable you to identify outcomes for success, and ensure your local community engagement is representative of all groups in society. A practical look at how to work towards these outcomes

Committee Skills and Decision Making

Is your LINk working effectively? Is everyone aware of their responsibilities and duties? This workshop seeks to make the essential business of a LINk easy to understand and implement. Tips on decision making processes will be included
