Tony Shaw OBE

Tony is an experienced NHS Chief Executive, who now specialises in coaching top managers. His extensive career in the NHS leaves him well placed to support others in their own development and personal change. Tony recently completed 3 years as the chair of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Connexions, and continues to support a number of leading voluntary organisations. Maureen is a coach, trainer and facilitator and programme director for the LINks ACADEMY. Lucy Docherty

Lucy is a gifted communicator and persuader who can facilitate connections between individuals as well as organisations. For the past 25 years she has focussed her skills and experience in a range of responsibilities in the charitable, community and church sectors. Most recently she has worked for the NHS as a PCT Chair and is now a Non Executive Director for Hampshire Probation Area. Wynn Rees

Wynn is an established facilitator, coach and mentor. His background is in organisational and management development. Wynn offers his expertise to Concilio to assist clients to develop effective communication in teams and as individuals. In his work, Wynn uses the Myers Briggs Type Indicator tool, and his interest in Type has led him into wider Type discussion and he is the current President of BAPT (the British Association of Psychological Type).
