About Concilio Associates

Concilio Associates is an organisation dedicated to inspiring public service excellence across the NHS and Local Government. Pauline Owen, Concilio's Managing Director, was deputy CEO of South West Hampshire PCT prior to forming Concilio. Pauline is in a unique position having worked at the senior level of both the NHS and Local Government. She is supported in her mission by a team of highly talented and experienced former executives drawn from Local Government, NHS and experts in the field of people development (see Associates). The combined talent available from Concilio will assist you to achieve your targets and to deliver the level of public services that all of our communities want and need.
